ELIGIBILITY
The sweepstake is only
eligible to those of 21 years of age or older, who are residents of the
United States or Canada, excluding Quebec and where prohibited by law, not
employees of Funn Music Entertainment Services, Inc., Interlink
Development, Inc. Any and all sponsors or affiliates and their families. Only one
entry is allowed per person and is limited to one entry per household.
WINNER SELECTION
A winner is declared when
a group of selected staff members votes, as well as votes via the internet
are compiled by Funn Music Entertainment Services, Inc.
Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours. Winners will be required to complete and return
an affidavit of eligibility and a liability, which must be returned to
Funn Music Entertainment Services, Inc. designated email address within 48
hours of the initial contact. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture
of the prize. Funn Music Entertainment Services, Inc. is not responsible
for late, misdirected or damaged communication of any kind including
computer failure. All decisions are final. The odds of a winning number
being drawn are 1 in 10 thousand. By
accepting the prize, winners agree that Funn Music Entertainment Services,
Inc, its directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no
liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage,
loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly,
from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation
in this contest.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Entry to the contest
constitutes permission to post winners’ names and images for
purposes of advertising without further compensation by Funn Music
Entertainment Services, Inc. Funn
Music Entertainment Services, Inc may
disqualify or prohibit entrants from participating in the contest for any
reason at Funn Music Entertainment Services, Inc.
discretion and without notice.
